The hostel 'Hotel Vista Verde Lanquin 'was soooo dirty, it's the worst in my life. It's actually just a cabin and there isn't any doors, so many insects come inside freely. I saw a big cockroach was on my bed, I was so shocked and couldn't sleep there.
Shower room is also in outside, so I took a shower with a very big spider which I've never seen so far. Of course shower is only cold water. Everything is different from explanation of booking.com.
The bar is next to the cabin, it was so noisy until midnight and of course there is not a socket in the room, I had to take hair dryer at the bar.
Moreover the prices are different! My booking is Q60, but I had to pay Q90!!
I saw other guest also complained about it. They were working so slowly and I had to wait for check in and out for so long time. I complained but a man got angry when I use English, he said 'Only Espanol!', even though he understand English, he pretended not to understand. He absolutely looks down on me because I can't speak Spanish fluently.

...so it's exactly terrible and awful dormitory, I gave up to go to Semuc Champey because I don't want to stay even one more night.
The bus goes to Flores only in the morning. Of course I paid for the ticket twice!

When I arrived at Flores, I met a man, he said my hotel's name, he pretended to be the man of the tour desk. And his explanation was totally different. I asked him to go sunrise tour in Tiacl but it's the normal one. I complained about it later and asked him the refund of the differences. It was Q70 but finally he agreed to pay Q50. I was waiting until he come back, but he didn't come. That's lie!! When I was crying around my hotel, everybody said that guy 'Ronal Onca' was so bad guy and that company has a lot of problems.

Moreover next day I was planning to go to Beliez, but the bus didn't come, I got so mad, I went to the office by myself (paid for tuktuk Q20!) and I complained but they didn't refund me.
Sun Juan Travel in Flores was so crazy.

Tical ruins were good and jungle was interesting but I forgot about it because of the worst travel agency.

I liked Guatemala before, but now, I don't want to come back again.
